California High School Basketball - Poly triumphant over Monroe

The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Poly Parrots (Sun Valley, CA) and the visiting Monroe Vikings (North Hills, CA), observed Poly's basketball team overwhelm Monroe by a score of 77-33.
The Parrots (17-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Grant (Van Nuys, CA). The Lancers come into the East Valley challenge with a 12-12 record. In their last challenge, Grant was routed by Poly (Sun Valley, CA), 70-53, in a league challenge.
In their next game, the Vikings battle the Chavez Eagles (San Fernando, CA) in a East Valley challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Monroe will attempt to improve on its 2-17 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 0-15 record after their 89-30 league loss to Arleta (Arleta, CA).
