The Bear Lake Lakers basketball team scored 29 points and limited the visiting Pentwater Falcons to 19 in the Lakers league triumph on Wednesday.
The Lakers now possess a 17-3 record. They play next when they travel to Brethren for a non-league game on Wednesday, February 19. Bear Lake will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 37-29 league win over Glen Lake (Maple City, MI). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-10.
In their next game, the Falcons battle the Crossroads Charter Academy Cougars (Big Rapids, MI) in a West Michigan D contest, on Friday, February 14. Pentwater will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Cougars go into the contest with a 13-2 record after their 52-14 league win over Walkerville (Walkerville, MI).
