California High School Basketball - Mills holds off Carlmont

In Wednesday's league contest, the visiting Mills Vikings basketball team scored a close 49-47 triumph over the Carlmont Scots.

The Vikings (13-10) will now prepare for their contest against Westmoor (Daly City, CA). The Rams go into the Peninsula - Bay contest with a 7-14 record. In their last contest, Westmoor was tipped by Half Moon Bay (Half Moon Bay, CA), 60-20, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Scots confront the Hillsdale FIGHTING KNIGHTS (San Mateo, CA) in a Peninsula - Bay contest, on Friday, February 14. Carlmont will attempt to better on its 10-13 season record. The FIGHTING KNIGHTS go into the contest with a 19-4 record after their 48-46 league loss to Menlo-Atherton (Atherton, CA).
