The crowd at Wednesday's league challenge between the Lake Linden-Hubbell Lakes (Lake Linden, MI) and the visiting Chassell Panthers (Chassell, MI), observed Lake Linden-Hubbell's basketball team overwhelm Chassell by a score of 63-22.

The Lakes (13-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Hancock (Hancock, MI). The Bulldogs come into the non-league challenge with a 11-4 record. In their last challenge, Hancock trounced Westwood (Ishpeming, MI), 54-35, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Panthers battle the Jeffers Jets (Painesdale, MI) in a Copper Mountain challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Chassell will attempt to improve on its 3-14 season record. The Jets come into the challenge with a 5-9 record after their 47-41 league loss to Baraga (Baraga, MI).
