The Edison Eagles basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Metuchen Bulldogs to 36 in the Eagles non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Eagles now have a 6-6 record.
With the loss, Metuchen falls to 12-4 on the campaign. The Bulldogs host Brearley (Kenilworth, NJ) to confront the Bears in a non-league game on Saturday, February 15. The Bears go into the game with a record of 3-6. Brearley won 47-11 in their recent non-league game against Dunellen (Dunellen, NJ)
