The Cushing Academy Penguins ice hockey team scored 5 points and held the visiting Brunswick School Bruins to 0 in the Penguins non-league victory on Wednesday.

The Penguins now hold a 14-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host St. Mark's for a non-league bout on Friday, February 14. Cushing Academy will play a Lions team coming off a 10-2 league win over Brooks (North Andover, MA). The Lions record now stands at 19-2.

With the defeat, Brunswick School moves to 19-8 on the season. The Bruins travel to Frederick Gunn (Washington, CT) to play the Highlanders in a non-league bout on Friday, February 14. The Highlanders go into the bout with a record of 11-11. Frederick Gunn lost 7-2 in their recent non-league bout against Avon Old Farms (Avon, CT)
