California High School Soccer - Yreka knocks off Central Valley

The Yreka Miners soccer squad scored 7 points and held the host Central Valley Falcons to 1 in the Miners league victory on Wednesday.
The Miners now hold a 10-6 record. They play next when they host Anderson for a Northern Athletic bout on Thursday, February 13. Yreka will play a Cubs squad coming off a 11-0 league win over Central Valley (Shasta Lake, CA). The Cubs record now stands at 7-11.
With the loss, Central Valley moves to 0-12 on the year. The Falcons host West Valley (Cottonwood, CA) to play the Eagles in a Northern Athletic bout on Thursday, February 13. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 3-13. West Valley lost 7-1 in their recent league bout against Yreka (Yreka, CA)
