Andover Huskies (Andover, MN) boosters were thrilled Thursday as they saw their basketball team bounce the host Blaine Bengals (Blaine, MN), 102-74 in a league game.
The Huskies now have a 13-5 record. They play next when they host Robbinsdale Armstrong for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 17. Andover will confront a Falcons team coming off a 93-76 non-league win over Centennial (Circle Pines, MN). The Falcons record now stands at 9-10.
With the loss, Blaine falls to 15-3 on the campaign. The Bengals travel to Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN) to confront the Eagles in a non-league game on Thursday, February 19. The Eagles go into the game with a record of 17-2.
