The White Lake Lakers (White Lake, WI) basketball crushed the visiting Butternut Midgets (Butternut, WI), 78-42 in Monday's non-league test.

The Lakers (5-15) will now prepare for their test against Northland Lutheran (Mosinee, WI). The Wildcats go into the Central Wisconsin - North test with a 13-5 record. In their last test, Northland Lutheran was trounced by Assumption (Wisconsin Rapids, WI), 87-53, in a non-league test.

The Midgets now own a 1-21 record. They play next when they host Washburn for a Indianhead test on Friday, February 17. Butternut will encounter a Castle Guards squad coming off a 71-69 non-league loss to Chequamegon (Park Falls, WI). The Castle Guards record now stands at 12-7.
