With the victory, Navajo Prep improves its record to 22-2 on the campaign. The Eagles host Newcomb (Newcomb, NM) to confront the Skyhawks in a 3A District 1 challenge on Thursday, February 16. The Skyhawks come into the challenge with a record of 12-13. Newcomb won 71-65 in their recent league challenge against Zuni (Zuni, NM)

Next up, the Eagles confront the Thoreau Hawks (Thoreau, NM) in a 3A District 1 challenge, on Thursday, February 16. Crownpoint will attempt to improve on its 19-6 season record. The Hawks come into the challenge with a 8-16 record after their 52-41 league win over Wingate (Fort Wingate, NM).
