East Hampton Bellringers (East Hampton, CT) backers were pleased Monday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT), 65-48 in a league bout.

With the victory, East Hampton upgrades its record to 10-8 on the campaign. The Bellringers host Canton (Canton, CT) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 16. The Warriors come into the bout with a record of 11-9. Canton lost 63-43 in their recent non-league bout against Guilford (Guilford, CT)

Next up, the Thunderbirds play the East Haven Yellowjackets (East Haven, CT) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 15. North Branford will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Yellowjackets come into the bout with a 4-14 record after their 63-48 league loss to North Haven (North Haven, CT).
