Polytech Panthers (Woodside, DE) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Milford Buccaneers (Milford, DE), 72-70 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Polytech upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Panthers travel to Caravel (Bear, DE) to play the Buccaneers in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 14. The Buccaneers go into the bout with a record of 12-5. Caravel won 68-46 in their recent non-league bout against Delaware Military Academy (Wilmington, DE)

Next up, the Buccaneers play the Brandywine Bulldogs (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Wednesday, February 22. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 9-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 4-13 record after their 80-42 league loss to Howard (Wilmington, DE).
