The Northeastern Clinton Cougars basketball team scored 63 points and held the host Northern Adirondack Bobcats to 60 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Monday.

The Cougars now sport a 13-7 record.

The Bobcats (10-8) will now prepare for their contest against Ticonderoga (Ticonderoga, NY). The Sentinels enter the Section 7 Champlain Valley II contest with a 2-15 record. In their last contest, Ticonderoga was nudged by Saranac Lake (Saranac Lake, NY), 62-35, in a league contest.
