In Monday's non-league outing, the Washington County Commanders (Springfield, KY) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Beth Haven Bearcats (Louisville, KY), by a count of 57-31.
The Commanders (5-13) will now prepare for their outing against Barbourville (Barbourville, KY). The Tigers go into the non-league outing with a 4-14 record. In their last outing, Barbourville was crushed by Clay County (Manchester, KY), 71-57, in a non-league outing.
The Bearcats now hold a 7-11 record.
