The PikeView Panthers tipped the visiting Bluefield Beavers basketball team by a final score of 43-37 in Monday's league game.
In their next game, the Panthers face the Woodrow Wilson Flying Eagles (Beckley, WV) in a non-league game, on Friday, February 17. PikeView will attempt to move on its 12-9 season record. The Flying Eagles enter the game with a 13-8 record after their 61-25 league win over Oak Hill (Oak Hill, WV).
The Beavers (6-11) will now prepare for their battle against Princeton (Princeton, WV). The Tigers come into the non-league battle with a 9-12 record. In their last battle, Princeton was nudged by Wyoming East (New Richmond, WV), 64-40, in a non-league battle.
