The Byron Eagles basketball team (Byron, MI), dropped 42-25 in Monday's non-league battle with the visiting Webberville Spartans (Webberville, MI)
The Spartans now possess a 7-13 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Lothrop for a non-league battle on Wednesday, February 15. Webberville will battle a Hornets team coming off a 39-38 non-league win over Genesee Christian (Burton, MI). The Hornets record now stands at 11-6.
The Eagles (3-15) will now prepare for their battle against Hill-McCloy (Montrose, MI). The Rams come into the Mid-Michigan battle with a 10-9 record. In their last battle, Hill-McCloy beat Corunna (Corunna, MI), 34-29, in a non-league battle.
