New Mexico High School Basketball - Wagon Mound can't hold off Cimarron

The Cimarron Rams basketball team scored 44 points and restricted the visiting Wagon Mound Trojans to 37 in the Rams league victory on Monday.
The Rams now sport a 12-9 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Springer for a A District 5 contest on Tuesday, February 14. Cimarron will battle a Red Devils team coming off a 64-12 league win over Maxwell (Maxwell, NM). The Red Devils record now stands at 18-4.
The Trojans (6-14) will now prepare for their contest against Maxwell (Maxwell, NM). The Bears come into the A District 5 contest with a 7-18 record. In their last contest, Maxwell was nudged by Des Moines (Des Moines, NM), 47-36, in a league contest.
