The Northside Vikings basketball team (Roanoke, VA), was routed 70-31 in Monday's league battle with the host Fleming Colonels (Roanoke, VA)
The Colonels now sport a 18-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lord Botetourt for a Blue Ridge battle on Wednesday, February 15. Fleming will battle a Cavaliers team coming off a 59-26 league win over Franklin County (Rocky Mount, VA). The Cavaliers record now stands at 17-6.
The Vikings (10-16) will now prepare for their battle against Cave Spring (Roanoke, VA). The Knights come into the non-league battle with a 16-7 record. In their last battle, Cave Spring was routed by Patrick Henry (Roanoke, VA), 45-40, in a league battle.
