Michigan Math & Science (Center Line, MI) backers were in high spirits Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the host Star International Academy Falcons (Dearborn Heights, MI), 24-22 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Michigan Math & Science upgrades its record to 5-4 on the season. The travel to Universal Learning Academy (Westland, MI) to play the in a Detroit Metro bout on Tuesday, February 14. The go into the bout with a record of 4-8.

Next up, the Falcons play the Robichaud Bulldogs (Dearborn Heights, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 14. Star International Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 5-10 season record. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a 6-11 record after their 68-44 league win over Annapolis (Dearborn Heights, MI).
