The Rice Lake Warriors basketball team (Rice Lake, WI), was nudged 39-32 in Monday's non-league battle with the host Onalaska Hilltoppers (Onalaska, WI)
The Hilltoppers now possess a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Tomah for a Mississippi Valley battle on Tuesday, February 14. Onalaska will battle a Timberwolves team coming off a 58-46 league win over Sparta (Sparta, WI). The Timberwolves record now stands at 8-13.
The Warriors (5-13) will now prepare for their battle against New Richmond (New Richmond, WI). The Tigers come into the Big Rivers battle with a 14-10 record. In their last battle, New Richmond edged Chippewa Falls (Chippewa Falls, WI), 72-38, in a league battle.
