La Vega Pirates (Waco, TX) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Robinson Rockets (Robinson, TX), 3-2 in a league challenge.
Next, the Pirates face the C.H. Yoe Yoemen (Cameron, TX) in a challenge, on Saturday, February 18. La Vega will attempt to better on its 4-3 season record.
The Rockets now have a 0-3 record.
