The Ridgewood [AlWood/Cambridge] Spartans basketball team scored 56 points and held the host Biggsville West Central Heat to 43 in the Spartans league triumph on Tuesday.

The Spartans now sport a 13-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to ROWVA/Williamsfield for a Lincoln Trail contest on Thursday, February 15.

The Heat (1-28) will now prepare for their contest against Knoxville (Knoxville, IL). The Blue Bullets enter the Lincoln Trail contest with a 5-25 record. In their last contest, Knoxville ran past Galva (Galva, IL), 56-45, in a league contest.
