The Bluefield Beavers (Bluefield, WV) basketball knocked off the host PikeView Panthers (Princeton, WV), 62-43 in Tuesday's league test.
The Beavers (13-4) will now prepare for their test against Princeton (Princeton, WV). The Tigers go into the non-league test with a 9-10 record. In their last test, Princeton went down by Greenbrier East (Lewisburg, WV), 62-51, in a league test.
The Panthers now own a 6-12 record. They play next when they travel to Oak Hill for a Coalfield AA test on Friday, February 16. PikeView will encounter a Red Devils squad coming off a 76-48 non-league loss to Woodrow Wilson (Beckley, WV). The Red Devils record now stands at 6-10.
