Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Raytown Bluejays (Raytown, MO) and the host Chrisman Bears (Independence, MO), witnessed Raytown's basketball squad beat Chrisman by a margin of 74-65.
The Bluejays (15-7) will now prepare for their test against Platte County (Platte City, MO). The Pirates go into the non-league test with a 12-9 record. In their last test, Platte County went down by Belton (Belton, MO), 51-44, in a non-league test.
The Bears now own a 11-12 record. They play next when they travel to Van Horn for a non-league test on Friday, February 16. Chrisman will encounter a Falcons squad coming off a 77-46 league loss to Barstow (Kansas City, MO). The Falcons record now stands at 8-17.
