The Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks (Dawson, MN) basketball crushed the visiting Ortonville Trojans (Ortonville, MN), 79-36 in Tuesday's non-league test.

The Blackjacks (24-2) will now prepare for their test against Lac qui Parle Valley (Madison, MN). The Eagles go into the A Section 3 test with a 9-14 record. In their last test, Lac qui Parle Valley was trounced by Central Minnesota Christian (Prinsburg, MN), 68-46, in a league test.

The Trojans now own a 4-19 record. They play next when they host MACCRAY for a non-league test on Thursday, February 15. Ortonville will encounter a Wolverines squad coming off a 61-57 non-league win over Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg (Kerkhoven, MN). The Wolverines record now stands at 16-7.
