The Dexter Demons basketball team (Dexter, NM), was toppled 60-44 in Tuesday's league battle with the host New Mexico Military Institute Colts (Roswell, NM)
The Colts now possess a 11-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ruidoso for a 3A District 4 battle on Friday, February 16. New Mexico Military Institute will confront a Warriors team coming off a 62-37 league win over Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM). The Warriors record now stands at 12-10.
The Demons (9-14) will now prepare for their battle against Tucumcari (Tucumcari, NM). The Rattlers come into the 3A District 4 battle with a 7-12 record. In their last battle, Tucumcari was toppled by Ruidoso (Ruidoso, NM), 62-37, in a league battle.
