Eudora Cardinals (Eudora, KS) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Louisburg Wildcats (Louisburg, KS), 52-49 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Eudora upgrades its record to 11-7 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Spring Hill (Spring Hill, KS) to play the Broncos in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Broncos come into the bout with a record of 5-12. Spring Hill won 60-33 in their recent non-league bout against Paola (Paola, KS)

Next up, the Wildcats play the Paola Panthers (Paola, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Louisburg will attempt to upgrade on its 7-10 season record. The Panthers come into the bout with a 0-18 record after their 40-34 non-league loss to Tonganoxie (Tonganoxie, KS).
