With the victory, Farmington improves its record to 19-4 on the campaign. The Scorpions host Eldorado (Albuquerque, NM) to play the Golden Eagles in a 5A District 2 challenge on Friday, February 16. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 13-10. Eldorado won 69-60 in their recent league challenge against Sandia (Albuquerque, NM)

Next up, the Mustangs play the Piedra Vista Panthers (Farmington, NM) in a 5A District 2 challenge, on Friday, February 16. West Mesa will attempt to improve on its 14-8 season record. The Panthers come into the challenge with a 5-18 record after their 77-55 league loss to La Cueva (Albuquerque, NM).
