New Mexico High School Basketball - Gadsden knocked off by Las Cruces

The Las Cruces Bulldawgs basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Gadsden Panthers to 44 in the Bulldawgs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldawgs now sport a 12-10 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Organ Mountain for a 5A District 3 contest on Friday, February 16. Las Cruces will battle a Knights team coming off a 52-40 league win over Alamogordo (Alamogordo, NM). The Knights record now stands at 21-1.
The Panthers (6-15) will now prepare for their contest against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Hawks enter the 5A District 3 contest with a 11-11 record. In their last contest, Centennial ran past Mayfield (Las Cruces, NM), 60-46, in a league contest.
