Garretson Blue Dragons (Garretson, SD) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Parker Pheasants (Parker, SD), 63-58 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Garretson upgrades its record to 5-13 on the campaign. The Blue Dragons travel to Sioux Valley (Volga, SD) to play the Cossacks in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 15. The Cossacks come into the bout with a record of 17-2. Sioux Valley won 48-41 in their recent non-league bout against Castlewood (Castlewood, SD)

Next up, the Pheasants play the Vermillion Tanagers (Vermillion, SD) in a A Region 4 bout, on Friday, February 23. Parker will attempt to upgrade on its 4-15 season record.
