Glen Lake Lakers (Maple City, MI) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Kingsley Stags (Kingsley, MI), 64-60 in a league bout.

With the win, Glen Lake upgrades its record to 15-3 on the season. The Lakers travel to Benzie Central (Benzonia, MI) to clash with the Huskies in a Northwest bout on Friday, February 16. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 16-2. Benzie Central won 77-53 in their recent league bout against Suttons Bay (Suttons Bay, MI)

Next up, the Stags clash with the Leland Comets (Leland, MI) in a Northwest bout, on Tuesday, February 20. Kingsley will attempt to upgrade on its 8-11 season record. The Comets go into the bout with a 3-15 record after their 53-40 non-league loss to Traverse City Christian (Traverse City, MI).
