Legacy Academy Silverbacks (Albuquerque, NM) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Jemez Valley Warriors (Jemez Pueblo, NM), 56-16 in a league bout.

With the win, Legacy Academy upgrades its record to 17-5 on the season. The Silverbacks travel to New Mexico School for the Deaf (Santa Fe, NM) to play the Roadrunners in a A District 7 bout on Thursday, February 15. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a record of 11-4. New Mexico School for the Deaf lost 57-45 in their recent league bout against Jemez Valley (Jemez Pueblo, NM)

Next up, the Warriors play the New Mexico School for the Deaf Roadrunners (Santa Fe, NM) in a A District 7 bout, on Wednesday, February 14. Jemez Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The Roadrunners go into the bout with a 11-3 record after their 65-42 non-league win over Walatowa Charter (Jemez Pueblo, NM).
