The Lakewood Vikings basketball team (Lake Odessa, MI), was overwhelmed 74-30 in Tuesday's league battle with the host Sexton Big Reds (Lansing, MI)
The Big Reds now possess a 12-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ionia for a Capital Area - White battle on Friday, February 16. Sexton will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 53-40 league loss to Charlotte (Charlotte, MI). The Bulldogs record now stands at 8-11.
The Vikings (3-18) will now prepare for their battle against Lansing Catholic (Lansing, MI). The Cougars come into the Capital Area - White battle with a 7-12 record. In their last battle, Lansing Catholic trounced Portland (Portland, MI), 37-27, in a league battle.
