Lyons Lions (LaGrange, IL) backers were in high spirits Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Proviso West Panthers (Hillside, IL), 79-45 in a league bout.

With the win, Lyons upgrades its record to 11-15 on the season. The Lions host Stagg (Palos Hills, IL) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Chargers go into the bout with a record of 18-11. Stagg won 50-45 in their recent league bout against Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL)
