The Metter Tigers basketball team (Metter, GA), was nudged 46-43 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Screven County Gamecocks (Sylvania, GA)

The Gamecocks now possess a 6-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Woodville-Tompkins for a non-league battle on Thursday, February 15. Screven County will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 73-64 non-league win over Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Wolverines record now stands at 21-3.
