Williamsville Bullets (Williamsville, IL) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host New Berlin Pretzels (New Berlin, IL), 45-38 in a league bout.

With the victory, Williamsville upgrades its record to 20-8 on the campaign. The Bullets host Auburn (Auburn, IL) to play the Trojans in a Sangamo bout on Thursday, February 15. The Trojans come into the bout with a record of 24-6. Auburn won 58-41 in their recent league bout against PORTA/Ashland-Chandlerville Central (Petersburg, IL)

Next up, the Pretzels play the Maroa-Forsyth Trojans (Maroa, IL) in a Sangamo bout, on Friday, February 16. New Berlin will attempt to upgrade on its 21-9 season record. The Trojans come into the bout with a 18-10 record after their 64-55 league win over Riverton (Riverton, IL).
