Ohio High School Basketball - Newark Catholic knocked off by Utica

The Utica Redskins basketball team scored 64 points and held the visiting Newark Catholic Green Wave to 55 in the Redskins league triumph on Tuesday.
The Redskins now sport a 7-12 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northridge for a Licking County - Cardinal contest on Friday, February 16. Utica will battle a Vikings team coming off a 56-43 league win over Lakewood (Hebron, OH). The Vikings record now stands at 15-5.
The Green Wave (3-16) will now prepare for their contest against Johnstown-Monroe (Johnstown, OH). The Johnnies enter the Licking County - Cardinal contest with a 11-9 record. In their last contest, Johnstown-Monroe was defeated by Heath (Heath, OH), 43-31, in a league contest.
