New Mexico High School Basketball - Quemado topples Reserve

In Tuesday's league outing, the Quemado Eagles (Quemado, NM) basketball squad beat the host Reserve Mountaineers (Reserve, NM), by a count of 56-45.
The Eagles (14-8) will now prepare for their outing against Cliff (Cliff, NM). The Cowboys/Cowgirls go into the A District 2 outing with a 18-2 record. In their last outing, Cliff defeated Animas (Animas, NM), 73-30, in a league outing.
The Mountaineers now hold a 3-19 record. They play next when they travel to Animas for a A District 2 game on Thursday, February 15. Reserve will face a Panthers team coming off a 65-18 league loss to Magdalena (Magdalena, NM). The Panthers record now stands at 2-19.
