Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Sandy Valley Cardinals (Magnolia, OH) and the host Tuscarawas Valley Trojans (Zoarville, OH), saw Sandy Valley's basketball squad overcome Tuscarawas Valley by a tally of 45-30.
With the victory, Sandy Valley improves its record to 15-6 on the campaign. The Cardinals host Buckeye Trail (Lore City, OH) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 17. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 14-4.
Next up, the Trojans confront the Dover Crimson Tornadoes (Dover, OH) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, February 16. Tuscarawas Valley will attempt to improve on its 9-10 season record. The Crimson Tornadoes come into the challenge with a 16-3 record after their 62-27 non-league win over New Philadelphia (New Philadelphia, OH).
