With the win, Washburn Rural upgrades its record to 9-9 on the season. The Blues host Manhattan (Manhattan, KS) to play the Indians in a Centennial bout on Friday, February 16. The Indians go into the bout with a record of 11-7. Manhattan won 47-36 in their recent non-league bout against Emporia (Emporia, KS)

Next up, the Trojans play the Hayden Wildcats (Topeka, KS) in a Centennial bout, on Friday, February 16. Topeka will attempt to upgrade on its 5-13 season record. The Wildcats go into the bout with a 4-15 record after their 73-58 league loss to Junction City (Junction City, KS).
