Howell Highlanders (Howell, MI) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Canton Chiefs (Canton, MI), 52-33 in a league bout.

With the victory, Howell upgrades its record to 19-1 on the campaign. The Highlanders travel to Salem (Canton, MI) to play the Rocks in a bout on Friday, February 16. The Rocks come into the bout with a record of 2-1.

Next up, the Chiefs play the Brighton Bulldogs (Brighton, MI) in a bout, on Friday, February 16. Canton will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record.
