In Tuesday's league outing, the Gilmer County Titans (Glenville, WV) basketball squad overwhelmed the host Braxton County Eagles (Sutton, WV), by a count of 48-17.
The Titans (21-0) will now prepare for their outing against St. Marys (St. Marys, WV). The Blue Devils go into the non-league outing with a 16-5 record. In their last outing, St. Marys smashed Roane County (Spencer, WV), 72-33, in a non-league outing.
The Eagles now hold a 9-12 record. They play next when they travel to South Harrison for a non-league outing on Tuesday, February 20. Braxton County will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 46-37 non-league win over Valley (Pine Grove, WV). The Hawks record now stands at 11-10.
