The Farmington Tigers basketball team scored 60 points and held the visiting Burnsville Blaze to 29 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Tuesday.

The Tigers now sport a 5-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeville North for a AAAA Section 1 contest on Friday, February 16. Farmington will battle a Panthers team coming off a 61-52 league loss to Lakeville South (Lakeville, MN). The Panthers record now stands at 18-5.

The Blaze (8-15) will now prepare for their contest against Eastview (Apple Valley, MN). The Lightning enter the AAAA Section 3 contest with a 16-7 record. In their last contest, Eastview was routed by Eagan (Eagan, MN), 51-47, in a league contest.
