In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Southwest Valley basketball team scored a good 50-34 triumph over the Central Decatur Cardinals.
In their next game, the face the Nodaway Valley Wolverines (Greenfield, IA) in a non-league match, on Friday, February 16. Southwest Valley will attempt to move on its 3-17 season record. The Wolverines enter the match with a 18-4 record after their 65-46 non-league win over Interstate 35 (Truro, IA).
With the defeat, Central Decatur moves to 12-10 on the year.
