Fans at Tuesday's league challenge between the Conway Wampus Cats (Conway, AR) and the host Central Tigers (Little Rock, AR), saw Conway's basketball squad hold off Central by a tally of 57-54.

With the victory, Conway improves its record to 21-7 on the campaign. The Wampus Cats host Jonesboro (Jonesboro, AR) to play the Hurricane in a 6A Central challenge on Friday, February 16. The Hurricane come into the challenge with a record of 9-14.

Next up, the Tigers play the Little Rock Southwest Gryphons (Little Rock, AR) in a 6A Central challenge, on Friday, February 16. Central will attempt to improve on its 13-10 season record.
