Michigan High School Basketball - Clarkston can't hold off Lake Orion

February 13, 2024: Lake Orion, MI 48360

The Lake Orion Dragons basketball team scored 49 points and held the visiting Clarkston Wolves to 48 in the Dragons league triumph on Tuesday.

The Dragons now sport a 9-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Rochester for a Oakland - Red contest on Friday, February 16. Lake Orion will battle a Falcons team coming off a 30-29 league loss to Stoney Creek (Rochester Hills, MI). The Falcons record now stands at 6-11.

The Wolves (13-5) will now prepare for their contest against West Bloomfield (West Bloomfield, MI). The Lakers enter the Oakland - Red contest with a 16-1 record. In their last contest, West Bloomfield nudged Oxford (Oxford, MI), 74-18, in a non-league contest.
