The Marion Local Flyers basketball team (Maria Stein, OH), was overwhelmed 53-30 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the host Fort Loramie Redskins (Fort Loramie, OH)
The Redskins now possess a 20-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Twin Valley South for a non-league battle on Saturday, February 17. Fort Loramie will confront a Panthers team coming off a 30-25 league win over National Trail (New Paris, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 1-21.
The Flyers (15-7) will now prepare for their battle against Hardin Northern (Dola, OH). The Polar Bears come into the non-league battle with a 4-18 record. In their last battle, Hardin Northern was overwhelmed by Elgin (Marion, OH), 58-28, in a league battle.
