The Junction City/St. Xavier Bluejays basketball team (Junction City, KS), was overwhelmed 58-20 in Tuesday's non-league battle with the visiting Hayden Wildcats (Topeka, KS)

The Bluejays (1-12) will now prepare for their battle against Emporia (Emporia, KS). The Spartans come into the non-league battle with a 17-1 record. In their last battle, Emporia trounced Manhattan (Manhattan, KS), 44-43, in a non-league battle.
