With the win, Rio upgrades its record to 7-18 on the season. The Vikings host Markesan (Markesan, WI) to play the Hornets in a Trailways - West bout on Thursday, February 15. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 7-15.

Next up, the Marshmen play the Valley Christian Warriors (Oshkosh, WI) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 15. Horicon will attempt to upgrade on its 10-14 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 14-7 record after their 57-50 non-league loss to Sheboygan Christian (Sheboygan, WI).
