The Seaman Vikings basketball team scored 59 points and restricted the visiting Leavenworth PIONEERS to 22 in the Vikings non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Vikings now sport a 16-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Basehor-Linwood for a non-league contest on Friday, February 16. Seaman will battle a Bobcats team coming off a 63-17 non-league win over Turner (Kansas City, KS). The Bobcats record now stands at 8-5.

The PIONEERS (5-10) will now prepare for their contest against Lansing (Lansing, KS). The Lions come into the non-league contest with a 1-16 record. In their last contest, Lansing was routed by Shawnee Heights (Tecumseh, KS), 54-31, in a non-league contest.
